I am part of format+, the online magazine of the HfG in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Together we are an interdisciplinary team of students and publish design-relevant articles in various formats on our website. I have been leading the team since the beginning of the second semester together with Sandy Kübler.
As the leadership, we are the final authority of the team, the contact person for all official matters with the university and also take care of the finances. The leadership regularly informs itself about what is happening in the teams and knows what is happening in the teams. The team meetings and editorial meetings of format+ are prepared and moderated by the management. She has a veto right when it comes to important decisions - but she should always take into account the opinion of all team members. To ensure the quality of the magazine, the management has the task of consciously steering the direction of the content and design.
